| Construction on the first part of Phase One is now completed.  Building 1 is a 11,766 sq foot facility that includes a Worship Center, classrooms and offices. All landscaping and parking areas will be completed in this first project. This is an exciting time in the life of "Chandler's First Church". The new location will bring many opportunites to share the gifts of God in a new neighborhood. It is safe to say that CUMC is a church on the move! Both literally and in ways of programs and ministries.  CUMC's Leap of Faith campaign is a capital funding project currently underway to raise money for the new facility. The campaign is an ongoing drive. If you would like to donate, please contact the church office.
There is a second building in Phase One. The education building's start has not yet been decided.
This entire project has been a discussion for several years. The current church property was sold the the City of Chandler in January of 2005. Quickly followed by the purchase of this property on Chandler Heights Blvd.
